Ray is the Company’s founder and President and has over 30 years in management of public and private organizations, business startups, acquisition/merger support, capital formation, and global business. Prior to starting RMA, he was the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Contracts for Analytical Surveys, Inc., a leading provider of digital mapping products and services, Director of Public Works for the Municipality of Anchorage, and founder and manager of Corp.Net Consulting. Ray has a BGS, History and Political Science from University of Nebraska Omaha, a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech, and a Certificate from the Program for Senior Executives at the John F Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
Bob has more than 30 years experience in construction management and public and private sector infrastructure. Prior to joining RMA, he was a systems specialist and program manager for six projects funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development. Prior to this, he was the Maintenance Support Division Manager for the Municipality of Anchorage and project manager for construction projects in Anchorage and rural Alaska. He is a seasoned project manager and change management specialist with experience in managing diverse teams of experts, technicians, and contract staff. Bob has a BS, Business Administration and Economics Minor from Middle Tennessee State University, an AA from Cumberland University Tennessee, and completed MIS studies at Anchorage Community College.
Doug has 20 years as management consultant, project manager, and analyst, leading teams on business and system projects in healthcare, software, banking, retail services, municipal government, and consumer products. His work has included planning, communication, staffing, team management, issue resolution, contracting, cost analysis, and rollout. Prior to joining RMA, Doug was a senior associate with consulting firm Point B, program director with PeopleSoft, and senior manager and consultant with KPMG. He has a BS, cum laude, Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University Pomona and an MBA from University of California Irvine.
